Carryall is a browser extension and a cart page. It saves products you choose from shopping sites into one cart tied to your account, and, if you turn the optional tools on, helps you follow prices and orders.
Your email address and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase; we never see your password in plain text). When you click the Carryall icon on a product page, we save that product's title, price, image, web address, store name and, when the page publishes one, its barcode number (GTIN or UPC) to your account. We also store what you do inside your cart: lists, favorites, the target prices you set, and the price readings described below. We read a page for saving only at the moment you click the icon.
In your cart you can press “Turn on” for automatic tracking. Your browser then asks you to allow Carryall to read pages on all websites, and you can say no or turn it off at any time (this also removes the permission). When it is on, Carryall does two things. First, it looks for order confirmation pages while you shop. It does nothing on other pages. On a confirmation page it reads only the order number, store name, estimated arrival, order total and tracking number if shown, and keeps that summary on your own device; it is not sent to us. Second, a few times a day it opens the pages of products you have saved, in your own browser and without your cookies, reads the price the page publishes, and stores the price in your account as price history. It checks at most a few items at a time and never more than once every six hours per item. It can show a notification on your computer when a price reaches the goal you set.
The Better price tab shows a saved item with buttons that open a search for it on Google Shopping, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy or eBay in a new tab. Carryall does not look prices up for you and sends nothing to those sites itself; they receive the search words only when you click a button.
The sidebar has three search pages. In Travel you can type a trip: places, dates and number of travelers; that stays on your own device (in your browser’s extension storage) and is not sent to us. In Health you can type an over-the-counter item or vitamin, and in Food a grocery item or a takeout craving; those searches are not saved anywhere, not even on your device. When you click a store’s button (for example Google Flights, Booking.com, CVS, Walgreens, Instacart or DoorDash), your browser opens that site’s own search with what you typed, so that site receives it under its own privacy policy. Carryall does not fetch, store or compare prices, does not see prescriptions, and gives no medical advice. Its results are not a promise of the lowest price.
We do not sell your data, show ads, track your browsing history, or read pages other than the ones described above. Your saved items, lists, goals and price history are visible only to you.
Supabase hosts the sign-in and your account data on its servers, protected so that each account can only read its own rows. Nothing else receives your data. Carryall is independent: store names mentioned here belong to their owners and are used only to say where a search or lookup goes.
You can remove any item, turn automatic tracking off, or use the browser to remove the extension at any time. Order summaries kept on your device disappear when you remove the extension or clear its data. To delete your account and everything stored in it, email us at alfredfoxassistant@inkboxmail.com and we will delete it.
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for anything that changes what Carryall reads or stores, ask for your permission again in the extension.
